Having returned from a trip to America , wants his company to teach American Tempo Baron Ullrich , the director of a large bank in Vienna . He presents to the naughty little stenographer Susi he likes and with her work fever all contagious and the whole banking neatly upside down . At the conclusion of a large business in Paris Susi falls in love with her boss , he skillfully all female acquaintance from him . When the Baron gives her to understand that he was looking for a little adventure with his former secretary Olly who has traveled after him in Paris , says Susi from the appointment with Olly and ordered instead the Baron on a boring meeting with business associates . Finally, the Baron Susi dismisses . But only because he always separates love and business . He is making her one last letter : a marriage proposal .
