DESCRIPTION:

The Texas Rangers match wits with a murderous gang of gold-robbing hombres - but the lawmen get nothing but interference from the beautiful owner of the smelting plant they're trying to save from bankruptcy.

Dave O'Brien, James Newill and Guy Wilkerson are the star-packers, trying to protect shipments of high-grade gold ore so that Joan Manning's small smelting facility, and the area's miners, can continue to operate. But a large and corrupt corporation wants the plant shut down, going so far as to hire a man to work "undercover" to woo Joan and convince her to sell out. Already facing daunting odds, a local judge gives the Rangers a "noon tomorrow" deadline to recover a stolen shipment of gold bullion, or all is lost!

Fighting Valley is one of the high spots in PRC's lengthy "Texas Rangers" series with a "who's who" B-Western cast, songs courtesy of James Newill (of "Sgt. Renfrew" fame) and plenty of action, most memorably a furious full-gallop pursuit and rescue of a driver-less, runaway gold wagon.
