DESCRIPTION:

A rain-swollen lake. A small town dependent on fishing revenues. A rivulet of water seeping through the rocks beneath an earthen dam. These are the suspense-generating ingredients of this onrushing, all-star Irwin Allen production. 

A helicopter pilot (Robert Culp) and a youngster (Eric Olson) first discover the dam's leaky secret. But local leaders refuse to face the drain on the town's troubled economy that draining the lake would cause. A high-and-dry solution is not in the cards.
