EFFECTIVE April 2, 2024 Return/Refund/Replace/Cancellation Policies



When you place your order you agree to the following return, refund, replacement or cancellation terms and conditions as a part of your contract to purchase!

1. You agree and you understand and consent to our policy that we only replace or refund products you purchase which are “dead on arrival” (DOA) when you receive them. DOA products are a Products you receive from us that are damaged or non-functional on arrival (when you receive it), and that you discover immediately when you remove it from our original shipped product packaging. However, DOA products exclude damage that occurs to your shipped product during your unpacking of the product or due to any other events you cause, or caused by your initial use of the product, such as damage that may occur to your product due to your equipment.

In purchasing our products, you understand and agree that you are purchasing in some cases products that are not ‘improved’ to meet updated graphics or video standards and may be old and have defects due to age. We offer some things that are old, rare and often are not restored in any way. Defects in old film are common, and quality is highly subjective. So by purchasing you agree and consent that we will not offer your returns and our refunds for our customers’ complaints about the quality of film prints, unless the product delivered is DOA.

2. You agree and you understand and consent to our policy that your requests for return, refund, replacement or cancellation of your order must be presented to us by your use of our online website “Contact Us” form, and by use of our “Contact Us” email address. The email address is listed on the Contact Us page of our website. Our customer service email address is: LTCBiz@earthlink.net.

Upon receipt of your email, our Customer Service will provide you with the return authorization form for your completion of your return request.

Your completion of our official return authorization form is REQUIRED before you may ship any claimed DOA items back to us.

You understand and Agree that we will not accept your returns from you without also receiving your completed return authorization form. You understand and agree that any Returns you send without a completed return authorization form will be discarded. A partially completed return authorization form shall not be treated as your compliance with this requirement. 3. You agree and you understand and consent to our policy that in order to return a product that we ship under our policies for return, refund, replacement and cancellation, that you must pay for shipment of your product to us so that we may review your return and review your return authorization form.

You also agree and understand that if we are unable to provide you with a working replacement of your product upon completion of our review and of our acceptance of your return as DOA, then we will issue you a refund of your product purchase price, provided that we have your proper contact information for issuing payment, but we will not refund your shipping costs for your return, nor any other costs you have incurred or claim related to the product or our service.

4. You agree and you understand and consent to our policy that we will not accept your cancellations, requests for replacements or changes in your order after the expiration of forty-eight (48) hours after you have placed your order online at our website.

5. You agree and understand and consent to our policy that if you fail to keep your contact information up to date with Customer Service so that we are able to contact you, we will not owe any refunds or remediation of any kind for your returns.

6. You agree and understand and consent to our policy that we will not be obligated to make any refund or redress any complaint on DOA items that you may claim to have received from us after sixty (60) days have expired from the date of our shipment to you.
