EFFECTIVE April 2, 2024 Return/Refund/Replace/Cancellation Policies



By placing an order you explicitly agree to these terms & conditions!

1. We only do replacements or refunds for dead on arrival (DOA) items. We offer things that are old, rare and usually not restored in any way. Quality is highly subjective so we will no longer be offering returns/refunds for quality of film prints.

2. Refund/return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery of your order. All requests must be made via our Contact Us form/email. When contacting us you MUST use the exact shipping name on your order. We can't help you if we can't find you!

Customer service will provide the proper return authorization form at that time. This form is REQUIRED when shipping any DOA items back to us. Items mailed back without the authorization form will be promptly discarded.

3. Customer will return DOA items, at their expense, for review. If LTC is unable to provide working replacements we will issue a purchase price (no shipping) refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

4. No cancellations/replacements/changes will be accepted for orders 48 hours after they have been placed. (Note: If we discover you have provided an invalid email/phone number on your order it is subject to immediate cancellation/refund from us.)
