When you place your order you agree to the following shipment terms and conditions as a part of your contract to purchase!
You understand and consent that your order is not subject to your cancellation after forty-eight (48) hours from the time of placing your order online at our website.
You also agree that we have three (3) business days to process your order from the time you place your order online at our website.
You also understand and agree that you can check your order status at any time by logging in to your Loving the Classics (LTC) customer account, provided that you have set one up.
We represent to you that our in stock items usually ship within 2 weeks. In stock products are items that are in storerooms we or our suppliers have available for shipment.
We represent to you that our out of stock items may not be available for shipment for up to 8 weeks from the time you place your order online at our website. We also represent to you that if any of your titles you order online are out of stock then this status for that item will be indicated to you on the order details of your order and may be seen as such on our website.
If your ordered item is not available to ship to you within eight (8) weeks of the date that you ordered online at our website we will issue you a refund, provided that we have a current address or contact information sufficient to do so; you are responsible to maintain your contact information for refunds with us so that we may fulfill this obligation to you.
You agree by ordering products from us, that if you do not provide us with an address and refund information sufficient to assure we are making the refund to the right person and at the right address, we will not have an obligation to refund your orders that are not available within eight (8) weeks of the date that you ordered online at our website.
Sometimes your order may contain products that are available within the typical delivery dates, and an item or more that is not available within such time. In such a case, you agree when you order online with us that we are obligated only to ship all of your order at the same time, and not in different shipments for products that are available and at other times for those that are not available. We may hold your order until all items are available.
If a part of your order is unavailable within eight (8) weeks of your ordering, we will send you a refund for the entire order, unless you agree to wait for the entire order to be available for shipment.
We represent that LTC will reach out to you if some of your order is not available you may choose to ask us to hold the order until it is completed or pay an extra shipping fee to have the order sent in multiple parts.
Also, if you choose to track your order online and see that a part is available, and other parts are not available, then you may ask us to deliver those parts that are available by paying an additional shipping fee for each part to be completed when available.
Likewise, we may elect to reach out to you to inform you of parts of your order that are available, and other parts are not available, and ask if you would like to pay for separate shipment.
When an item ships you should receive an email with the USPS tracking information.
Shipping Status Descriptions online:
“Pending” – means your card has not yet been charged
“Processing” – means your card has been charged and we are gathering your items for shipment
“On Order From Supplier” – means some items in your order are not in stock and it will take a bit longer before your order moves to the shipping queue
“In Shipping Queue” – means your order is being prepped for shipment
“Closed” – means your order has been shipped and you should have received your tracking email
