Sentenced to 30 days cooling his heels in the Duck Creek cooler for speeding, Manhattan playboy Rick Belrow Livingston (Farley Granger) decides he doesn't like anything about small towns...until he meets small town girl Cindy Kimbell (Jane Powell).
